Valentine’s White Chocolate Popcorn
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! And for all of you out there who “heart” popcorn as much as I do, I have the quick and easy perfect snack for you — Valentine’s Popcorn! The first Valentine’s Popcorn (pictured above) is a sweet and salty popcorn with conversation hearts and pastel sprinkles mixed in. And then the second version is pretty much me going crazy with red and white sprinkles. Both can be made in minutes, and are sure to be a favorite with those you love. Cherry Pudding Fudge Squares
These simple treats are perfect for birthday parties or holidays- like Valentines Day! You can swap out one type of pudding for another to color-coordinate with the event. I found these boxes of Royal Instant Greek Yogurt Pudding at my local Kroger grocery store. They had several flavors- even grape for a purple fudge if you’d like! Use chocolate or butterscotch and mix in chopped nuts. I think it’d be good to use a banana flavored pudding and top with mini chocolate chips! For this fudge though, I was catering to a bunch of 7-year-old girls, so I opted for cherry pudding and added coloring to make it PINK. My daughter thought it was the best treat EVER! Chocolate Covered Raspberries
The raspberries were easily the highlight of the project and I thought I’d share this simple idea on how to easily cover them with chocolate. I used gourmet dipping chocolates from www.Chocoley.com. If you enjoy making delicious chocolate covered creations, then you need to stock your pantry with Chocoley products. I was amazed at how incredibly easy it was to melt the chocolate and dip the berries! Everyone at our Mother’s Day dinner raved about the deep, rich chocolate taste too. Chocolate covered pretzels might be my all time favorite treat to make and share. They are SO darn easy to make, there is no baking, the options for customizing them are endless and with their delicious sweet and salty crunch, everyone always loves them. Frosted Strawberry Cookies
Frosted Strawberry Cookies are one of my favorite cookies ever! They’re soft, perfectly sweet and everyone goes crazy over the fresh strawberry buttercream frosting on top. It’s absolutely my favorite strawberry frosting ever. I love that these strawberry cookies are so easy to make too- no rolling or chilling required! You can literally just make the dough, scoop it on the baking sheet and bake right away. They cool quickly and you’re welcome to just frost with a knife, or you can make the darling pink strawberry rosettes on top of each cookie like I did. It’s fast and easy, I promise! M&M’s Valentine’s Day Cookie Bars
These M&M’s Cookie Bars have become an absolute favorite in our house. I made a Christmas version that has been incredibly popular and I wanted to add a Valentine’s Day version as well. These cookie bars are so easy to make and they bake up so nicely. They are a gorgeous golden brown color and the texture of the mini chocolate chips with the crunchy M&M’s is just delicious! Using a Blendtec to make these cheesecakes is a huge time saver. I’ve had a Blendtec for years and recently got a brand new one {with a Twister jar!} so I couldn’t wait to try it out. I love how incorporating the cream cheese is a cinch too- no whisking like crazy to get the lumps out. About 10 seconds in the blender and it’s perfect.
