Making This Cheesecake Cheese Ball
I found this recipe a while back and honestly, couldn’t wait to try it because I LVE cheesecake. In just a few minutes you can create your own cheesecake cheese ball and it only takes a few ingredients! Not to mention, anything you dip in it tastes fabulous!
What To Serve With This Cheesecake Dip?
While I haven’t ventured too far past graham crackers and strawberries as dippers, I know just about anything would taste incredible. Imagine Oreo cookies, flavored graham crackers, or even pretzels for a salty sweet combination. Other fruits like apple slices would also work great!
Do I Need to Refrigerate Cheesecake Balls?
Yes, when not being eaten this cream cheese ball must be kept well wrapped/covered and in the fridge for food safety reasons. Also, the original recipe recommended letting it chill overnight before being eaten, but I’m impatient and eat it straight away- it’s still incredibly delicious!

In a large mixing bowl, or in the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together everything except for half of the chocolate chips. I usually put ½ of chocolate chips inside of the cheese ball, but you could always do more!
