Either way, they are absolutely delicious and they come together so easily too!
Apple Pie is such a classic dessert but I just don’t really love pie crust so I wanted to try something different for the “crust” of these little mini apple pies. Apples and cinnamon just go together so wonderfully so I decided to use my favorite snickerdoodle cookie recipe to make the crust with. The results? AMAZING! Lemon Pudding Cookies seem to perfectly fix my craving for anything and everything lemon this time of year! There are signs that Spring is coming- the snow is melting, green leaves are starting to peek through and my kids are wearing shorts. Wait – they’d wear shorts even if it was 35 degrees, so scratch that as a sign of impending Spring! I added lemon zest to these soft and chewy pudding cookies because it brightens the flavors. I love the vanilla chips in them too – they pair so well with the lemon. Enjoy! See the full Lemon Pudding Cookies recipe here!
White Chocolate Raspberry Oreo Balls
White Chocolate Raspberry Oreo Balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with Oreo cookies, cream cheese and a raspberry in the middle! The Oreo Balls are dipped in a white chocolate candy coating and coated with a chocolate drizzle.
Oreo Balls are absolutely amazing – if you haven’t made them before, you need to try them! The original recipe only has three ingredients total! And you don’t have to bake them. That’s my kind of treat. I have made the original recipe many times and decided to change it up just a little bit. I absolutely love pairing chocolate and fruit, so I decided to make Oreo Balls with a raspberry in the middle. Then I also added a slight hint of raspberry flavoring to the Oreo mixture and the candy coating as well. That’s all I did! See the full White Chocolate Raspberry Oreo Balls recipe here!

My sister-in-law sent a big box of lemons to all of the Utah-based side of the family so I’ve been making lemon anything. I adore lemon cookies and have posted several recipes over the years. Double Chocolate Cherry Cookies are soft and thick with a maraschino cherry baked in the middle and a delicious chocolate ganache on top! These cookies are so delicious! It is no secret that chocolate and cherry is one of my favorite combinations, so of course I was excited to try this recipe! Followed the recipe but they turned out more like scotch cakes. Could be my bad baking skills though. Flavour was nice, texture was nothing like cookies.
I featured several recipes in this post, Andy. Not sure which one you’re referencing, or I could try and help!
