Triple chocolate chunk cookie crust topped with cream cheese frosting, fresh fruit and drizzled with hot fudge. This cookie pizza is pretty much amazing. I wanted to make a special treat for my kids today but didn’t want to do anything too involved, so I whipped up this fun cookie pizza and we all enjoyed it! I mean, triple chocolate chunk cookie crust, cream cheese frosting and fresh fruit- all drizzled with hot fudge. What’s not to love?! Enjoy!
Cookie Pizza
- 1 package Krusteaz Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix*
- 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
- 1 egg
Cream Cheese frosting:
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 TBSP softened butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 TBSP milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
You’ll also need
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- hot fudge, to drizzle on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place cookie mix, butter and egg in medium bowl. Stir together until dough forms. Transfer to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Push down dough using a rubber scraper (our your hand in a baggie sprayed with non-stick spray, like I used!) into a large circle about 1/4″ to 1/2″ thick. My uncooked cookie pizza was 11″ in diameter.
Bake for 11-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
To make the frosting: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in milk and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing until smooth in between additions.
Spread frosting on cooled cookie. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Drizzle with hot fudge. Slice into triangles to serve.
Chill any leftovers in a covered container in the fridge.
*I obviously used a cookie mix since I love Krusteaz products and they’re so easy to make. You’re welcome to use a good chocolate chip cookie recipe. Halve it for this recipe- or just use half the dough for the pizza and make cookies with the remaining dough.
