Snickers Fudge is rich, chocolate fudge with sliced Snickers bars in the middle. You only need simple ingredients to make the fudge, like sugar, butter, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla extract. Pour half of the fudge into the pan, then place the sliced candy bars on top before pouring the rest of the fudge on top.
WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS EASY FUDGE RECIPE
This Snickers Fudge recipe is amazing for lots of reasons!
- It is rich and creamy. This fudge is absolutely delicious – no one will ever know how simple this was to make!
- You can whip up a batch in minutes. You have to wait a little for the fudge to cool and set before slicing, but it only takes about 15 minutes to make the fudge. The easier, the better!
- Slightly different from traditional fudge. I love that this recipe is really close to regular fudge, but a little unique because of the Snickers bars in the middle. The Snickers bars add some texture and flavor, but the fudge is still smooth and chocolatey, just like fudge should be!
Ingredients in Snickers Fudge
Snickers bars – You will need 6 regular sized Snickers bars, which are 1.86 ounces each. You will be slicing them into 1/2″ slices. You can cut mini Snickers bars in half, but just make sure the total weight of the candy is about the same. I’m sure a few extra Snickers bars won’t be complained about!
Sugar – Yes, 3 cups of sugar sounds like a lot, but this is fudge!
Butter – You will need 3/4 cup of butter to make the fudge. For best results, use real butter.
Evaporated milk – Evaporated milk will help to provide smoothness and richness to the fudge.
Semi-sweet chocolate chips – The higher the quality of the chocolate, the better.
Marshmallow cream – A jar of marshmallow cream helps to add flavor and sweetness to the fudge recipe.
Vanilla extract – The higher the quality of the vanilla, the better.

WHEN TO SERVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE
There is absolutely no wrong time for fudge! While fudge is mostly seen gifted and served up around the Christmas holidays and in cookie exchanges, it does just as well being served up for Valentine’s day and anniversaries too. You can serve it up any night of the week or as a simple weekend treat, fudge deserves to be enjoyed all year long!
HOW LONG IS SNICKERS FUDGE GOOD FOR?
Keep your fudge squares in a closed, airtight container and place it in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months. I do not recommend keeping it out at room temperature for too long (more than 2 hours) at a time, it starts to soften up and the consistency gets a bit messy.
CAN YOU FREEZE FUDGE?
Yes, after the candy has completely set, you can safely freeze it in an airtight container for up to 3 months. I like to cut the fudge into squares and then wrap each one in plastic wrap before putting them all in a container or ziplock bag. This way, the fudge doesn’t stick together and it’s easy to grab one piece out at a time…any time you need a sweet treat. Each piece only takes a few minutes at room temperature to thaw out. Although the fudge is pretty yummy frozen too.

What a great idea! I’ll have to use this as a base recipe with a different chocolate bar, due to some neighbors having nut allergies. That being said…the possibilities are endless! Thanks ladies and have a great week!
