I love s’mores so when I found this simple recipe for fudge, I knew I had to try it. It’s so easy to make and I love the delicious s’mores flavor! I like to cut it up in small, bite-sized pieces, since it’s pretty rich.
S’mores Fudge
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds. Stir gently until completely melted. Add in vanilla and stir a few more times. Pour in marshmallows and graham crackers and stir just until combined.
Transfer to a foil lined 8×8 glass dish. Spread mixture around the pan until fairly even. Refrigerate 2 hours until fully set. Cut into small squares and serve.
Once fudge is set, you can store it on the countertop.
