I love s’mores so when I found this simple recipe for fudge, I knew I had to try it. It’s so easy to make and I love the delicious s’mores flavor! I like to cut it up in small, bite-sized pieces, since it’s pretty rich.
What is Smores Fudge?
It’s a chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow concoction that’s perfect year round, not just for summer! With your favorite flavors all combined in every bite, you may not even miss the campfire. We love this easy fudge recipe and I’m sure you will too!
S’mores Fudge Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
How to make smores fudge
Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds. Stir gently until completely melted. Add in vanilla and stir a few more times. Pour in marshmallows and graham crackers and stir just until combined.
Transfer to a foil lined 8×8 glass dish. Spread mixture around the pan until fairly even. Refrigerate 2 hours until fully set. Cut into small squares and serve.
Once fudge is set, you can store it on the countertop.
