Ingredients for Apple Pie Ice Cream
Heavy cream: You will need 2 cups of heavy cream.
Vanilla extract: Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Condensed milk: Use one 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
Apple pies: You need 2 mini apple pies (or about ⅓ of a regular 8-9″ apple pie, crust and all!). We use store-bought pies to cut down on our prep time. Walmart sells small individual sized apple pies for under a dollar.
How to make No-Churn Apple Pie Ice Cream
Whip
In a large bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. This will take between 3-5 minutes depending on how powerful your hand mixer is.
Once the cream starts to reach stiff peaks, add in the condensed milk and mini apple pies. Lower the speed of your mixer and continue whisking until the apple pie is broken up and the ice cream mixture is smooth and uniformly mixed.
Make sure your apple pie is well broken up before transferring the ice cream to a loaf pan, otherwise the larger pieces of pie will sink to the bottom of the pan.

Freeze
Pour the ice cream into a 9×5 inch loaf pan and cover it with plastic wrap. Place the pan in the freezer for 5 hours, or until the center of the ice cream is firm to the touch.
Depending on the exact temperature of your freezer you may need to add or subtract freeze time. I recommend checking on your ice cream around the 4-hour mark, but if your freezer runs on the warmer side you will need about 6 hours.
Then scoop, serve, and enjoy!
