How to make Easy Dinner Rolls
Here’s how you make these Easy Parmesan Garlic Dinner Rolls
Prepare the pans & defrost the rolls
You’ll first have to spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside. If you’re using a springform pan, cover the outside of the bottom of the pan with a piece of foil to prevent spillage. Then place the entire pan on a cookie sheet.
To quickly defrost the rolls, place the rolls on a dinner plate and microwave using the defrost setting for 3-5 minutes, until rolls are soft enough to be cut in half.
Cut each thawed roll in half using kitchen shears and place in prepared pan.
Season the dinner rolls
Melt butter in a small bowl. Add seasonings and stir gently to combine. Measure out half the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the thawed rolls. Pour butter mixture on top. Use a rubber scraper and stir gently to coat each roll. Arrange rolls in 1 layer around pan.
Top with remaining Parmesan Cheese and drizzle with remaining 2 TBSP melted butter.
Allow rolls to rise & bake
Cover pan with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes, until tops are golden brown. Brush tops with an additional 1 TBSP melted butter if desired.

Do you have a suggestion for making it ahead of time, or, maybe just being able to warm it up once we get to our destination?
Mindi says
Have made this for several years with buttermilk biscuits in a Bundt pan, oh so good. Will try with frozen bread…probably lower in fat and preservatives.

Took these out of the oven about a half hour ago., had to have a warm one – OH MY,! Worth the time to make them. I didn't use frozen bread dough tho. I used my regular dinner roll recipe. I don't think it would make difference tho.

These were the hit of my dinner party last weekend! And good thing, because otherwise I would have eaten the whole pan myself. 🙂
