HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER DIP INGREDIENTS
-Peanut butter: You will need 1/3 cup of your favorite creamy peanut butter. I recommend choosing the healthier ones with fewer fats or even peanut butter alternative nut butter but you can use whatever you’re most comfortable with or have on hand.
-Greek yogurt: You will need 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. You can use vanilla, plain, or even honey-flavored Greek yogurts and get a yummy result every time.
HOW TO MAKE CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER DIP
Mix together the yogurt and peanut butter with a spoon in a small bowl.
Serve immediately with sliced apples or other dipping fruit options.
Keep leftovers stored covered in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt you could use plain Greek yogurt and then add vanilla extract and honey or agave to taste
Instructions

What if I don’t have enough of one ingredient to make this recipe?
When I make this dip, I don’t usually measure the ingredients out. As long as you have a little bit more yogurt than peanut butter, it will turn out perfectly every time! So make as much or as little as you want!
Can peanut butter dip be made in advance?
Yes, you can prepare this dip ahead of time by up to a day. Just keep it well covered or in an airtight container. Stir again before using to help redistribute and liquids that may have separated. This dip is best served fresh but could be prepped in advance for after a healthy school snack.
