My favorite snack lately has been apples with peanut butter…until my sister told me about an idea she had seen where you mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter together. I tried it, and now my apple peanut butter snack has become my daily breakfast! I absolutely love this dip and I love that it is packed with protein and it is just so yummy! You can mix it up with just a spoon (no mixer needed!) in less than a minute and it makes a great snack. I have only tried it with apples but I would imagine that you could get more creative with your dippers as well.

CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER DIP
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (you could use plain Greek yogurt and then add vanilla extract and honey or agave to taste)
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and peanut butter together with a spoon. Serve immediately with sliced apples (or another favorite dipper) and refrigerate any leftovers.
When I make this dip, I don’t usually measure the ingredients out. As long as you have a little bit more yogurt than peanut butter, it will turn out perfectly every time! So make as much or as little as you want!
