Apple Dip made with cream cheese, brown sugar and toffee bits! Perfect for any gathering or an after-school snack. Toffee Apple Dip is made in minutes and delicious.
You can prepare the entire dip ahead of time, including prepping the apples. Just toss the apple slices in a ziplock bag with a couple teaspoons of lemon juice. Close the bag and shake gently to coat all the apples. Then just serve the dip and apple slices after the dip has chilled for a bit.
You can use whatever apples you have on hand to go along with this dip. I love Granny Smith apples along with Pink Lady or Figi apples. The red and green colors brighten up the serving dish and it looks lovely.

Made this it is great. Taste great on cookies too. The second time I made it I added some dried cranberries.
