I like to eat fruit but I really like to eat fruit with sweet, yummy dips! This one is so simple and quick to make you can whip it up for an after school snack or to a last minute barbeque with friends – everyone is sure to love it!
1/4 C peanuts, cashews, or any type of nuts *optional (I used coconut covered cashews)
In a mixer (or you can also use a medium bowl and hand-mixer) beat cream cheese until smooth. Add all other ingredients, mixing until well combined. You can also top dip with nuts. Put into small bowl and set in fridge for 15 minutes.
