What is lemon chiffon dip?
Chiffon means lightweight and balanced. It’s a term given to everything from cakes and pies to fabric and in this recipe we’re using it to describe the light and airy texture of this ultra-smooth lemon dip. It’s so gosh darn good you’ll feel like you’re eating a lemon cloud and won’t mind eating an entire batch to yourself. Please note that self control for this dip is difficult and proportioning your servings could help to keep it from disappearing too quickly.
Lemon Fruit Dip Ingredients

-Greek yogurt: Using one cup of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt we can add in a good amount of protein for health benefits as well as add a thick tangy texture that makes us feel fuller faster as we eat it.
-Milk: We will need ½ cup of milk to help make this dip perfect consistency.
-Whipped topping: Using a thawed 8 ounce container of whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream) you can get the airy texture we want in this chiffon dip.
-Lemon zest: You will need 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest to bring that wonderful fresh lemon flavor and tangy goodness that we want in every bite.
