Lemon Raspberry Lemon Oreo Balls easily come together with only four ingredients and they have the most wonderful flavor! Bite-sized, no bake dessert made with Lemon Oreos and fresh raspberries!
Lemon Raspberry Oreo Balls are one of the easiest desserts ever! I absolutely love recipes that only require a few ingredients and no baking.
I had several friends and family taste test these for me and they all declared them to be absolutely amazing – they were a huge hit! The lemon flavor is so light and refreshing and the raspberry in the middle adds the perfect touch to these little bite-sized treats! If you aren’t a big fan of lemon, you can swap in Golden Oreos for the lemon ones. Or regular Oreos are good too – yep, I’ve tried them here in this White Chocolate Raspberry Oreo Ball recipe.
Ingredients in Lemon Raspberry Oreo Balls
- 1 (15.25 oz) package Lemon Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 lb vanilla almond bark
- 1 tsp lemon extract (optional)
- 30-35 raspberries
How to make Lemon Raspberry Oreo Balls
- Grind the Lemon Oreos to make a fine powder – I used a blender but a food processor would likely work too.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with the cream cheese, stir until well combined. Scoop out a tablespoonful of the mixture and wrap around a raspberry, shaping into a ball to completely surround the raspberry in the center.
- Once all the balls are ready, place them in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes. This will make them easier to dip.
- When ready to dip, melt the almond bark in a glass bowl in the microwave in 45 second intervals, stirring in between each interval until smooth and fully melted. Mix in the lemon extract if you want a little bit of extra lemony flavor!
- Dip each ball into the melted almond bark and then place on wax paper to set. If desired, sprinkle some decorative sprinkles on top while the almond bark is still wet.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

HOW DO YOU STORE OREO BALLS?
Oreo balls need to be stored in the refrigerator because of the cream cheese in the recipe. Make sure to put them in an airtight container. Regular Oreo balls can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks, but because this kind has fresh raspberries in the middle, they need to be eaten within 2-3 days.
CAN OREO BALLS BE FROZEN?
Regular oreo balls can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Because this version has fresh raspberries in the recipe, I would not plan to store them in the freezer because the consistency of the raspberries will get a little bit mushy when thawed.
HOW DO YOU MELT CHOCOLATE IN THE MICROWAVE?
Melting chocolate in the microwave is easy if you go slowly. Always use a glass or ceramic bowl and chocolate that’s not old. To melt 1 cup of chocolate chips I’d begin with 1 minute in the microwave. After the 1 minute, let chocolate sit for 2-3 minutes. Then, gently stir and see if chocolate begins to melt smooth. If it’s still really solid, add 20 seconds in the microwave, then let it sit again. Often chocolate looks like it’s not melted when it really is, and you don’t know for sure until you gently stir it. If your chocolate melts but it’s too thick to work with, try adding 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil or shortening, then letting it melt and stirring it in.
HOW TO SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE
Cream cheese is easy to soften – you can set it out at room temperature or soften it more quickly in the microwave.
-To soften at room temperature more quickly, just set the cream cheese on a plate and cut into smaller pieces. The cream cheese should reach room temperature in about 15-20 minutes with this method.
-To soften the cream cheese in the microwave, remove the foil packaging and set the cream cheese in a small bowl or on a plate. Microwave for about 10-15 seconds. If the cream cheese is still cold and hard, continue to microwave for about 5 seconds at a time until the cream cheese is soft throughout. Just make sure not to microwave it too long or it will start to melt!
