How to make No-Bake Creamsicle Lush Cake
Crust
Get started by putting all the Oreo cookies into your food processor and crush them into crumbs, until a sand like mixture forms. Proceed to place the cookie crumbs into a large bowl and add the melted butter. Stir until well blended.
Continue to press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish and set aside.
Orange filling
In a small bowl, place the orange gelatin, and add the boiling water. Whisk together until combined and most of the gelatin is dissolved.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mixes and milk until well combined.
Then transfer the gelatin mixture to the bowl with the vanilla pudding, whisk until completely combined.
Cream filling
Next, in a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until nice and smooth. After that, fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Now, spread the cream cheese filling over the cookie crust.
Assemble & chill
Then, spread the orange Jello/pudding layer over the cream cheese layer until an even layer is created over the entire top.
Use the rest of the whipped topping to top the gelatin layer, garnish with oranges and mint (if desired). Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
