Creamy Peach Pie is made with only 5 ingredients in less than five minutes! Peach Jell-O, vanilla ice cream and fresh peaches are combined into a delicious, no-bake pie recipe!
I found this recipe a while ago and have just been waiting for peaches to start showing up in the grocery stores so that I could make it! I know it’s not quite “peach season” yet, but the peaches I got were actually amazing and I keep going back to get more because they are so good! This recipe only takes a few minutes to whip up and then just a couple of hours to set up in the refrigerator before it is ready to serve.
Some of you are probably looking at the recipe below and thinking that I miscounted the ingredients. Yes, there are technically 6 ingredients but I felt pretty good about saying 5 since one of the ingredients is water. Right?!
Anyways, mixing vanilla ice cream and Cool Whip with peach Jell-o and fresh peaches is absolutely amazing. So amazing that we were all trying to eat it with a spoon before it even made it to the pie crust. You’ll see!
Ingredients in CREAMY PEACH PIE
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. peach Jell-O (I couldn’t find the 3 oz size, so I used half of a 6 oz. box)
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip, thawed
- 5 fresh peaches, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 graham cracker crust
How to make Creamy Peach Pie
- In a large bowl, add boiling water to gelatin. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add the vanilla ice cream and stir until melted. Add the Cool Whip and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the peaches and pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Slice, serve and enjoy!
(If you buy an extra large pie crust, you may use all of the filling, but if you use a regular sized one, you may have some extra filling left over. Sometimes I actually get 2 pies out of the filling if I don’t fill the pie crusts up quite as much. Or you can make 1 really full pie and just keep the extra filling in the fridge to eat with a spoon!)

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO PEEL PEACHES?
It’s easy to just cut the skin off of peaches if you only need one or two, but if you are planning to remove the skin from a lot of peaches, there is an easier way!
- Boil a pot full of water
- Immerse ripe peaches for 30-60 seconds.
- Remove from water. You can submerge the peaches in cold water, but if you’re planning on cooking the peaches anyways, it’s not necessary and eliminates a step, making the process faster.
- Pinch the skin to break it and slide it off the peach.
- Cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
You can even watch a video here that shows just how easy this is – the skin really does just slide right off!

So..I went to 3 different stores to find peach jello ! Lol. Nothing. I’m going try improvise and use vanilla jello and peach ice cream instead
Nellie says
Great idea! I’m not sure why some flavors are so hard to find sometimes! I usually have the best luck finding Jello flavors at Walmart, but I also just checked Amazon and they have peach jello too.
