I’m not usually a fan of ground turkey (even though I know it’s healthier), but I thought this recipe looked great and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try! These little appetizers are absolutely AMAZING! I could not stop eating them!
CHEESY RANCH GROUND TURKEY WONTONS
- 48 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
Press the wonton wrappers into a greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 2-3 minutes before transferring the wontons to an ungreased baking sheet.
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey and drain. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, cheese, ranch dressing, onions and olives. Scoop the turkey mixture into the wonton cups. I used a cookie scoop for this and it worked perfectly!
Bake the stuffed wonton cups on a baking sheet for 5-6 minutes at 375°. Serve warm and enjoy!
