For The Streusel Topping, You Will Need:
-Butter: We need to use 5 tablespoons of melted butter to help hold the dry ingredients in the crumble together.

-Cinnamon: A teaspoon of cinnamon will flavor the crumble and taste great with the bananas.

For The Muffins, You Will Need:
-Bananas: We need 3 ripe bananas for a perfect banana flavor in every bite.
-Sugar: 2/3 cups of granulated sugar will make the muffins nice and sweet while giving them a nice muffin edge around the tops.
-Cinnamon: We need 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in the muffin batter to help spice them perfectly.

-Vanilla: Adding 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla will make the glaze tasty.
-Milk: We need about 2-3 teaspoons of milk to thin down the glaze into the perfect drizzle consistency.
How to Make Banana Bread Muffins
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with cooking spray or liners. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl combine the streusel topping butter, sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed. Cut in the flour with a fork until the mixture is nice and crumbly. set aside.
In a large bowl, mash your bananas. Add in the sugar and mix again.
Beat in the oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until just combined.
Scoop your batter into the muffin tin filling each one all the way, this makes for taller muffins.
Top each muffin with just enough streusel to help cover the tops, pressing down gently as you go to hold it in place.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes and then reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for another 20-22 minutes.
