No Bake Kool Aid Pie made with only 4 ingredients and can be made in any flavor you want! Refreshing no bake dessert recipe that is sweet and delicious and so easy to make!
What is No Bake Kool Aid Pie
This Kool Aid Pie recipe is made with a graham cracker crust and a filling made with sweetened condensed milk, Cool Whip and Kool-Aid. That’s it! The pie can be mixed together in just a few minutes and then chilled in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours before it is ready to eat. You can use any flavor of Kool-Aid you’d like – we love strawberry, but use grape, watermelon, lemon, blue raspberry…the possibilities are endless!
We love no-bake desserts, especially in the summertime. This kool aid pie recipe is so refreshing and it’s so simple to make – my kids can make this one all by themselves! This no bake pie is the perfect dessert for summer.
Ingredients in No Bake Kool Aid Pie
Graham cracker crust – You can make your own, but it is just so easy and fast to buy a pre-made one! You could use an Oreo one instead if you want…the chocolate goes well with certain Kool-Aid flavors like strawberry, raspberry or cherry!
Sweetened condensed milk – Just one 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk is all you need.
Cool Whip – Make sure the Cool Whip is thawed before adding to the recipe. You can make your own stabilized whipped cream (see below) if you prefer not to use Cool Whip or if you live somewhere that you can’t find it in the store!
Kool-Aid – Just one little packet of Kool-Aid. Use whatever flavor you’d like!

In a bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and Kool-Aid packet. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into crust.
Place in fridge (4 hours) or freezer (2 hours) until set. Slice and serve. Can serve refrigerated or frozen – either way is delicious!

CAN YOU REPLACE THE COOL WHIP?
Cool Whip is the best “whipped topping” to use in this recipe. However, if you can’t find Cool Whip where you live or you prefer not to use it in recipes, you can use stabilized whipped cream instead. If you just use regular whipped cream, the consistency will be too light and the cream will not hold up very well. It’s very simple to make your own stabilized whipped cream and it just takes a few minutes!
HOW DO YOU MAKE STABILIZED WHIPPED CREAM?
If you want to make whipped cream ahead of time, you can, but you have to stabilize it. To make stabilized whipped cream, you will need the following ingredients:
- 4 ounces of cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Beat the whipping cream just until soft peaks form.
Add in the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip on high until mixture is smooth.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use, up to 3 days.
A little tip for making whipped cream faster: use a metal bowl and place the bowl in the freezer for about 30 minutes before you make the whipped cream. This will significantly decrease the amount of time that you will need to beat the whipped cream – the process will go much faster!
Can you make your own sweetened condensed milk?
If you’ve never made your own sweetened condensed milk before, it’s super easy! This homemade sweetened condensed milk recipe only requires powdered milk, sugar, water and butter and takes just a few minutes to make. The recipe makes the exact amount you need to replace a 14 ounce can!
You can also use a dairy-free sweetened condensed milk that is made with coconut cream. The Cool Whip still does have some dairy, but is lactose free, so you can enjoy this pie even if you are lactose-intolerant!
