Ingredients in No-Bake Kool-Aid Pie
Graham cracker crust – You can make your own, but it is just so easy and fast to buy a pre-made one! You could use an Oreo one instead if you want…the chocolate goes well with certain Kool-Aid flavors like strawberry, raspberry, or cherry!
Sweetened condensed milk – Just one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk is all you need.
Cool Whip – Make sure the Cool Whip is thawed before adding to the recipe. You can make your own stabilized whipped cream (see below) if you prefer not to use Cool Whip or if you live somewhere that you can’t find it in the store!
Kool-Aid – Just one little packet of Kool-Aid. Use whatever flavor you’d like!

What is Kool-Aid?
Kool-Aid is a brand of flavored drink mix that is typically sold in powdered form. It is designed to be mixed with water and sugar (if desired) to create a sweet, fruity beverage. Kool-Aid comes in a variety of flavors, including classic options like cherry, grape, and tropical punch, as well as seasonal or limited-edition flavors.
CAN YOU REPLACE THE COOL WHIP?
Cool Whip is the best “whipped topping” to use in this recipe. However, if you can’t find Cool Whip where you live or you prefer not to use it in recipes, you can use stabilized whipped cream instead. If you just use regular whipped cream, the consistency will be too light and the cream will not hold up very well. It’s very simple to make your own stabilized whipped cream and it just takes a few minutes!

Can you make your own sweetened condensed milk?
If you’ve never made your own sweetened condensed milk before, it’s super easy! This homemade sweetened condensed milk recipe only requires powdered milk, sugar, water, and butter and takes just a few minutes to make. The recipe makes the exact amount you need to replace a 14-ounce can!
You can also use a dairy-free sweetened condensed milk that is made with coconut cream. The Cool Whip still does have some dairy, but is lactose-free, so you can enjoy this pie even if you are lactose-intolerant!
