This simple recipe for white chocolate fudge has just 3 ingredients and is so cute & festive! It comes together so fast so it’s the perfect last minute addition to your holiday candy tray. It’s quite sweet, so I cut it into very small, bite-sized portions and fill the tray. Enjoy!

Easy, 3-ingredient Gumdrop Fudge - Butter With A Side of BreadEasy Gumdrop Fudge

  • 2 1/2¬†cups white chocolate chips (1.25 bags)
  • 1 16-oz container basic vanilla frosting
  • 1 cup gumdrops
  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a heavy glass or porcelain bowl for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Remove foil covering off frosting and microwave for 1 minute, until very melted.
  3. Cut gumdrops in half, if desired.
  4. Stir melted white chocolate chips gently. Add in melted frosting and stir to combine. Add in gumdrops.
  5. Transfer to a foil lined 8×8 pan. Let cool until set. You can speed up the process by cooling fudge in the fridge.
  6. Cut into small squares & enjoy! Cutting is easier if you spray the knife with non-stick spray and clean it intermittently. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
