Cookies & Cream Poke Cake made with a chocolate cake mix, then drizzled with condensed milk and a whipped cookies & cream topping. Everyone goes crazy for this tasty poke cake.
Cookies & Cream Poke Cake
- 1- chocolate cake mix, baked in a 9×13 pan according to package directions & cooled
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 4-oz box Cookies & Cream pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 20 Oreos, crushed
- 1 8-oz tub whipped topping
- After cake has cooled at least 30 minutes, take the end of a wooden spoon and poke holes throughout the top of the cake. Pour on the entire can of sweetened condensed milk.
- Combine dry pudding mix with 1/2 cup milk and whisk together. Stir in whipped topping until well combined. Add in about 1/3 of the crushed Oreos. Stir gently until everything is mixed, then spread on cake. Top with remaining crushed Oreo cookies.
- Chill for 1 hour prior to serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
