CAN I ADD MORE OR DIFFERENT FRUIT?
Absolutely! This fruit cobbler will work well with most fruits, if peach and blackberries are not your favorite swap them out for something else. Some other great options would be blueberries, raspberries or even strawberries too.
FRESH OR CANNED PEACHES?
You will need about 2 cups of peaches for peach cobbler. I usually use canned peaches, but you can use fresh peaches too. Just be sure to peel the peaches beforehand.
HOW LONG WILL THIS FRUIT COBBLER LAST?
This dessert is meant to be made and enjoyed immediately, but it will last about two days if there are left overs. The texture changes with each passing day, make sure to enjoy it before it is no good. This also does not have to be stored in the refrigerator for the first two days, after that put it in the fridge if there are still left overs.
