Then, pour 1 TBSP of the Greek seasoning into the liquid in the crockpot and stir to incorporate. Sprinkle the other 1 TBSP of seasoning onto the top of the roast.
Lastly, sprinkle the roast with a little salt & pepper.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. At the 8-hour mark, increase the temperature to high and cook for another 2 hours.
You can also choose to cook the roast on high for 6-7 hours. Or, if you have time, cook it on LOW for about 13 hours and it is simply heavenly!
