Chicken Club Tortilla Roll-Ups - Butter With A Side of BreadWatching football is fun, but I’m sure I’m not alone when I say game day food makes it so much better! These tasty chicken roll-ups are so easy to make and really, just about anything with bacon and cheese goes well with football. Serve them alongside some ranch dressing mixed with buffalo sauce- yum!

I rolled the simple, delicious filling up in freshly cooked TortillaLand tortillas. I buy them in bulk at Costco in the refrigerated section and seriously, I can’t even begin to describe how much better they taste than any other store-bought tortillas I’ve ever tried. They’re so fresh and I love how soft and tender the texture is. Our family has enjoyed them for years- quesadillas, burritos, tacos- even rolled up with melted butter and cinnamon sugar. TortillaLand tortillas have just 5 common ingredients and come in 2 stay-fresh packs to make preparing them convenient.  Check out more about TortillaLand and see if your local Costco carries them here.

Chicken Club Roll-Ups

  • 15 TortillaLand tortillas
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 6 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 small tomato, diced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 diced avocado
  1. Heat griddle to 400 degrees F. Once griddle is hot, cook each tortilla for 30 seconds on each side. Once you flip the tortilla, it will puff up and go golden brown in spots- this is perfect! Remove from heat and stack cooked tortillas to cool slightly.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Stir together all remaining ingredients. Measure 1/4 cup of chicken mixture per tortilla and roll tortilla up, enclosing the filling inside.
  4. Line tortilla rolls up on a baking sheet closely together. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until filling is sizzling and tortillas are lightly browned.
  5. Serve immediately, with a side of ranch dressing with buffalo chicken sauce or Sriracha mixed in, if desired.

  1. Our favorite thing recently to make with tortillas is our own fried chips. We do Mexican food, tacos and quesadillas and use the tortillas to make chips. They are better then store bought.
