These Berry Jell-O Parfaits are a great way to change up a regular jello dish! They are also easy and super tasty so you can’t go wrong!
I love these simple Berry Jell-O Parfaits to jazz up ordinary Jell-O. I like how the end product is a layered dessert that was just so easy to make! Feel free to change up the Jell-O flavor and berries to suit your family’s tastes- although you’ve got to try the Blackberry Fusion Jell-O at some point. It’s my favorite!
Berry Jell-O Parfaits
Makes 6 parfaits
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O Raspberry/ Strawberry/ Blackberry flavored gelatin
- 1 heaping cup of berries
- 1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed, divided
Put about 2/3 of the berries into 6 small, 1/2 cup bowls or cups. Set aside.
Combine boiling water and gelatin mix in a 4-cup measuring cup (makes for easy pouring!) Whisk until Jell-O has dissolved. Add in 1/2 the tub of whipped topping. Whisk until blended. Pour into the 6 bowls/cups.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining whipped topping and additional berries.
ENJOY!
