4 Ingredient Sprite Sherbet Punch
- Fun, Fruity Flavor: Hawaiian Punch, lime juice, soda, and rainbow sherbet make a sweet, tangy, and refreshing treat!
- Quick & Crowd-Friendly: Ready in 5 minutes and serves about 9 cups—perfect for parties or family gatherings.
- Colorful & Festive: Swirls of rainbow sherbet make it a cheerful, eye-catching punch everyone will love.
Sherbet Punch Recipe Ingredients
¼ cup Lime Juice: Adds an extra ‘punch’ of tartness to the drink—not too much, just enough. If you don’t have lime juice or want to omit it, you can, or substitute with lemon juice.
3 cups Hawaiian Punch Rainbow Sherbet Bash: Provides the main fruity flavor and vibrant color. If you can’t find this flavor, any pink or red colored Hawaiian Punch works well.
3 cups Lemon-Lime Soda: Adds fizzy sweetness and lightens the creaminess of the sherbet for a refreshing drink.
3 cups Rainbow Sherbet: Creates a creamy, dreamy texture and swirly, colorful presentation that’s irresistible for kids and adults alike.

Tips for making this Fun & Festive Party Punch
- Layer Carefully: Pour the lime juice, Hawaiian Punch, and soda in order without stirring too vigorously to keep the soda fizzy and the flavors distinct.
- Add Sherbet Last: Gently fold in the rainbow sherbet at the end so it floats beautifully on top and creates a creamy, swirly effect.
- Serve Immediately: This punch is best enjoyed right away—waiting too long can cause the sherbet to fully melt and the soda to go flat.

Rainbow Sherbet Punch

How long is this Sherbet Punch good for?
Rainbow Sherbet Punch is best enjoyed immediately—the soda will lose its fizz and the sherbet will fully melt if it sits too long.
Freezing is not recommended because the sherbet will harden, separate, and change the texture of the punch, making it difficult to serve.
How long does the fizz from this punch last?
The lemon-lime soda in this Rainbow Sherbet Punch should stay fizzy for at least a couple of hours, especially if you stir gently and serve it soon after mixing. To keep it bubbly longer, add the soda last and avoid over-stirring, and consider chilling all the ingredients beforehand. Once the sherbet starts to melt, the punch will naturally become creamier and less fizzy, so it’s best enjoyed fresh for the full effervescent experience.

Can I make this party punch ahead of time?
You could mix the lime juice, Hawaiian Punch, and soda a few hours ahead and keep it chilled in the fridge, but since this punch is so quick and easy to make, there’s really no need to prepare it early. Be sure to add the sherbet just before serving to keep it creamy, colorful, and visually swirly.
Can I use a different flavor of sherbet?
Yes! Any fruity sherbet flavor works, though rainbow sherbet gives the signature colorful look and fun flavor combination.
Can I make this sherbet punch for a larger crowd?
Absolutely! Just multiply the ingredients as needed and stir gently to maintain the carbonation.
