How long is left over french toast bake good for?
If there are any left overs, you can save the rest in an airtight container for 2-3 days. You will want to reheat it in the oven for 15-20 minutes, give it a stir halfway through to move around the liquids well.
Can I freeze french toast bake?
This type of dish has a lot of liquid in it and probably will not hold up well when frozen. Because this dish is already made ahead of time and baked hours later, I do not recommend freezing it.
