CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DIP

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DIP: Butter With A Side of Bread

January 24th is National Peanut Butter Day and to celebrate, I’m sharing a fantastic {easy!} recipe with you all. This dip comes together quickly and is light, creamy and a huge crowd pleaser. My kids and I devoured it for lunch, but I think it’s a perfect snack or after dinner treat too. Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip

  • 1-6oz container Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, strawberries, banana, etc. for dipping

Pour the semi sweet chocolate chips in a small bowl and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or so, until melted and smooth. {I put mine in for 1 minute, stirred gently, then added 30 seconds and it was perfect.}

Gently stir in peanut butter. Let sit for about 10 minutes, so that it has a chance to cool off. (Or not! If you don’t let it sit, your dip will just be a little less thick. The texture is still fantastic though.)

Stir in the yogurt and serve.

Enjoy with apple slices, strawberries, pear slices, banana, pretzels, graham crackers- or anything else you’d like to dip!
