How to Make Taco Salad
This Easy Taco Salad Comes together really quickly with just a few simple ingredients!! To make this black bean taco salad dice the tomatoes, red pepper and onion and add to a large bowl. Open the cans of corn, black beans, kidney beans and olives. Drain the cans of all the water and add to the bowl with the veggies.
Sprinkle one envelope of taco seasoning over the ingredients in the bowl and stir to combine until everything is combined. Serve with sliced avocado, green onions and cilantro.

Easy Taco Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 oz corn kernels, drained
- 15 oz black beans, drained
- 15 oz kidney beans, drained
- 2 oz sliced black olives
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 cup white onion, diced
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 oz taco seasoning packet
Instructions
- Open and drain cans of corn, black beans, kidney beans and olives. Combine in a large bowl.
- Dice the pepper, onion and tomatoes and add to the bowl.
- Sprinkle the ingredients in the bowl with the taco seasoning packet and stir to combine and season.
- Garnish with avocado slices, cilantro, green onion and tortilla strips if desired.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
