INGREDIENTS IN EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER
- Lemon juice: Adds brightness and enhances the flavor of the blueberries.
- Butter: Melted and poured into the baking dish to create a rich base for the cobbler.
- All-purpose flour: Forms the structure of the batter. Use a gluten-free blend if needed.
- Sugar: Sweetens both the batter and the blueberry mixture. Divided for even distribution.
- Baking powder: Helps the cobbler rise and become light and fluffy.
- Milk: Adds moisture to the batter. Any type of milk works, including non-dairy options.
- Fresh blueberries: Washed and tossed with lemon juice and sugar. You can substitute with frozen berries.

Tips and Tricks
Full instructions can be found on the recipe card below, but here are a few helpful tips!
- Serve warm. While it’s tasty at room temperature, this dessert shines when served fresh and warm.
- Don’t stir the layers. Pour each layer gently and leave it as-is. This helps the cobbler rise and set properly while baking.
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries. If using frozen, there’s no need to thaw first—just extend the cooking time slightly.
- Use real butter. It gives the best flavor and browns beautifully while baking.

Storage Instructions
- Store leftover cobbler loosely covered on the counter for up to 2 days. After that, move to the fridge for up to 3 more days.
- To reheat, microwave individual portions for 30–45 seconds or warm in the oven at 300°F until heated through.
- Freeze the fully baked cobbler in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge and reheat before serving.
