Cranberry Orange Cobbler is easily made with a muffin mix, fresh cranberries and orange juice – it’s the perfect Thanksgiving dessert!
Cranberry Orange Cobbler is a fabulous fall dessert with the delicious pairing of cranberry and orange. We have been partnered with Krusteaz for quite a while now and I was just waiting for the chance to use one of my absolute favorite muffin mixes to create a recipe with. I think that the Krusteaz Cranberry Orange muffin mix is the first Krusteaz product that I ever tried and this was years ago when I was much younger! These muffins were my absolute favorite as a teenager and I have made them so many times over the years.
I decided to use the Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix to create a very simple cobbler and I think this one is going to be a hit at Thanksgiving this year! The orange flavor goes so well with the cranberries and the whole dessert comes together in just a few minutes. I would stick this in the oven during dinner though so that you can eat it straight from the oven. Be sure to pair this with some vanilla ice cream for the perfect holiday dessert.

What is the “can of cranberries, undrained”? I don’t see any in the pictures and I don’t know what that could mean. Whole cranberry sauce? I’ve never seen canned cranberries.
Jessica says
It’s whole berry cranberry sauce. I’ll make that more clear on the recipe!

Our stores do not carry the muffin mix!!
Jessica says
Dang it- I’m so sorry Anita! Do you have a Kroger store? That’s where I find the most Krusteaz mixes!
Pat says
Biglots! Stores often have this brand.

I’m so happy to see a cobbler recipe that’s not about peach. This one satiates my citrus crave 😀
