How to make Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches
Prep
To begin, combine the milk and pickle juice in a bowl or ziplocked bag, add the chicken and let it marinate for 30 mins to an hour.
Next in a food processor, pulse the crackers until they are a fine crumb.
Cook & assemble
In a large bowl combine the cracker crumbs, breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, pepper, salt, and powdered sugar. Proceed to dredge the chicken pieces in the cracker mixture.
Then in a large skillet, over medium high heat, add about an inch of oil. Fry the chicken cutlets about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and a meat thermometer reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
