Tiger Butter Fudge

  • 1 bag vanilla chips (11 oz)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Line a bakers quarter sheet (or a 9×13 glass pan) with parchment paper or foil.

Put semi sweet chocolate chips in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir gently until smooth. Set aside.

Pour vanilla chips in a medium sized glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir gently until smooth. Add peanut butter and stir until well combined and smooth.

Pour vanilla-peanut butter mixture onto the prepared pan. Mixture won’t reach the edges of the pan and that’s OK. Once it’s settled, take the melted semi sweet chocolate and pour it onto the vanilla-peanut butter mixture in lines.

Take a knife and run it the opposite direction of the chocolate lines you created, to achieve a swirl pattern. Run your knife through the mixture as much as you’d like, to create your desired swirl pattern.

Let cool either on the countertop or in the fridge. Cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container.

    • They’re just vanilla flavored white chocolate chips- you can find them on the baking aisle by all the other bags of chocolate chips at any grocery store!

    • It does! I know some people on FB are commenting, saying it’s not fudge, but truly, that’s the exact texture. I made mine thinner because that’s always how I’ve seen Tiger Butter in candy shops, but you can make it thicker like fudge. It’s just pretty rich, so keep that in mind! It’s DELICIOUS!!!

    • After a week sitting on the counter I put what was left in the fridge and we slowly munched on it for a little over a week- so it stays good for a long time!

  1. Can you just use white chocolate chips?? I can’t find vanilla chips anywhere!! Maybe I’ll add a splash of vanilla extract…either way, I’m sure it’s delicious!

    • Try sunnut butter, or try Sneaky Chef which is made with golden peas. Available at Target and online. The people in my house prefer Sneaky Chef. We have peanut and tree nut allergies around here as well. Lots of subs available. 🙂

  2. I read over a recipe and think—-well damn, it has peanut butter in it–lol. I like peanut but on toast, not near my chocolate…

  3. Could I use 8 oz of ghiradellie white chocolate instead of those vanilla flavored chips? I have that, and not a big fan of the vanilla flavored chips as they do not taste anything like “REAL white chocolate..
