Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter softened
  • cup dried cranberries finely chopped
  • 2 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP orange zest
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prep: Chop the cranberries into small pieces and then set them aside. Zest the oranges to obtain the required amount. Depending on the size of the oranges, you may need 1-2 oranges.
  • Assemble: Whip the softened butter for 3 minutes using a handheld electric mixer or stand mixer. The butter should look soft and well whipped.
  • Add in the chopped cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, and cinnamon. Mix on high for 2 minutes, until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Transfer the butter to an airtight container, I like to use jars. Serve the butter on rolls, croissants, or toast. Enjoy!
