Ingredients

  • 24 oz Pineapple flavored sparkling water (two 12 oz cans)
  • 2 cups frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 2 TBSP honey or agave

Instructions

  • Prep bananas: Slice the ripe bananas about 1 ½" thick. You want bananas that are ripe (for the sweetness) but ones that still hold their shape. Place the bananas in a freezer bag and freeze them for 2-3 hours or until solid.
  • Blend: Once frozen, place the banana slices in a blender or food processor.
  • Add in the honey and blend until smooth. I found it was easier to pulse at first, then once it got creamier, I could blend it easier.
  • Assemble: Spoon the banana whip into individual glasses until they are about ⅓ to ½ full.
  • Top each glass with the pineapple flavored sparkling water. Continue to stir several times, gently.
  • Garnish the glasses with a pineapple slice and a fun straw, if desired. Serve drinks immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These fruity drinks are intended to be made and enjoyed immediately, we do not suggest storing left overs.
