Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice frozen into a ice cube tray the night before
  • 1 banana
  • 6 oz yogurt (1 cup) any variety
  • 1 TBSP honey optional

Instructions

  • Prep: The night before or early in the week, freeze the orange juice in an ice cube trays.
  • Blend: Combine the ice cubes, banana, yogurt, and honey in your blender. Place the lid on, seal and close it.
  • Blend on medium-high for about 45 seconds, until the mixture is smooth, and you don't hear large chunks of ice anymore.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

Orange sunrise smoothies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. However, to maintain freshness, it's recommended to consume them immediately after preparation.
