- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 TBSP honey
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups berry flavored sparkling water
Wash the strawberries & cut the stems off. Halve the strawberries & add them to the blender.
Cut the bananas into pieces and add to the blender. Add the honey and a 1/2 cup of sparkling water. Blend.
Fill 4 glasses 1/3 full with the banana and strawberry mixture.
Top with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Divide the remaining sparkling water between the glasses. Serve & enjoy!
For a thicker drink, freeze the strawberries ahead of time!
You can use 3-4 TBSP sugar in place of honey
