Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 5 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • a few drops of red and blue food coloring
  • red white and blue sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Set out 3 medium-sized bowls as well.
  • Add the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the mixture comes to a boil, lightly boil for 5 minutes and stir constantly. Remove from heat. Immediately add the marshmallow creme and white chocolate chips, and stir until everything is combined and smooth.
  • Evenly divide the mixture into the three bowls you set out. Add red food coloring to one bowl and mix, add blue to the other bowl and mix. Leave one bowl white. Add the blue mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread out evenly, add the white on top and spread out evenly, then add the red on top and spread. You can leave the layers like this, or you can use a butter knife to swirl the layers together to create a marbled effect. If desired, add sprinkles immediately.
  • Let the fudge cool for about 20-30 minutes and then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing.
