Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes

Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes made with a rich chocolate cheesecake filling and a vanilla wafer cookie crust. Simple cheesecake recipe perfectly portioned and easy to serve!

  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Line 24 muffins cups with paper cupcake liners. Place one vanilla wafer on bottom of each cup.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar, cocoa and flour and blend well. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well for 2-3 minutes.
  • Fill each prepared cup almost full with cheese mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or just until centers are set.
  • Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup drizzle.
