FRUIT-TOPPED ALMOND CREAM

Ingredients

  • 1 3.4- oz box French Vanilla Pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3 cups sliced fresh fruit {I used strawberries blueberries and kiwi}
  • sliced almonds for topping

Instructions

  • Whisk together pudding mix with the milk and set aside.
  • Mix heavy whipping cream and extract for about 5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
  • Give pudding another whisk to make sure it's smooth, then combine cream and pudding. Let sit in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Spoon or pipe cream into small bowls, then top with fresh fruit and sliced almonds. Yields 8 servings.
