Quick Strawberry Ice Cream is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that can be enjoyed by anyone, anytime. With only 3 simple ingredients, this strawberry ice cream is perfect for those who want to indulge in a sweet and refreshing dessert without spending too much time in the kitchen.
½cupPowdered Sugarup to 1 cup depending on your sweetness preference
½cupChilled whipping Cream
Instructions
Prep: Plug in a blender or food processor, then measure out the frozen strawberries and pour them in to it. Try to work quickly as to keep the fruit frozen.
Blend: Proceed to blend the strawberries until they are finely chopped, scrape down the sides of the blender or processor once or twice as you blend.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until it has been well combined. Depending on how sweet your strawberries are you can add up to 1 cup of powdered sugar.
Gradually add the chilled whipping cream to the blender (I used heavy whipping cream). During the blending process, be sure to scrape the sides again, once or twice, to combine well.
Serve: Pour the ice cream into a serving bowl and enjoy immediately!
Notes
This homemade strawberry ice cream is best when consumed within a week of making it. To keep it fresh, store it in an airtight container in the freezer.
