Ingredients

  • 8 oz crushed pineapple about ⅔ cup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh lime zest
  • Dippers: sliced apples, halved strawberries, banana, pretzels, graham cracker dippers
  • fresh pineapple for serving in!

Instructions

  • Prep: In a small bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple, sour cream, brown sugar, and lime zest until well combined.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate the dip until serving.
  • Serve: Halve a whole pineapple and hollow one side out. Transfer the dip to one of the pineapple halves &, top it with additional lime zest. Surround the pineapple with fruit and other dippers. Enjoy!

Notes

This fruit dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days.
