Simple tropical Pineapple Fruit Dip made with sour cream, brown sugar, lime zest, and crushed pineapple. Delightful dip served in a halved pineapple for a festive touch!

Instructions
Prep: In a small bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple, sour cream, brown sugar, and lime zest until well combined.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate the dip until serving.
Serve: Halve a whole pineapple and hollow one side out. Transfer the dip to one of the pineapple halves &, top it with additional lime zest. Surround the pineapple with fruit and other dippers. Enjoy!

This fruit dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days.
