- 3 oz package lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 lemon cake mix or white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cups oil
Preheat oven to 350°.
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Let the mixture cool for about 5-10 minutes and then add to the cake mix.
Add eggs and oil and mix well.
Bake in a greased cake pan for 30 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Mix the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the hot cake.
