Lovely Lemon Blueberry Dessert Pizza starts with a cake mix and is topped with a creamy lemon curd, blueberry mixture, as well as a nutty crumble & vanilla glaze.
Crust: Mix the cake mix, butter, and sugar in large bowl until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture, then press the remaining mixture on the bottom of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. (Or arrange it in a 10-11" circle on a baking sheet.)
In a small bowl beat the sour cream and egg with a fork until blended; carefully spread it over the crumbly crust. Drizzle the lemon curd on top and gently add the blueberries. Then sprinkle the entire pizza with the reserved crumble mixture and chopped nuts.
Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and set in the center. Cool completely, for about 1 hour.
Icing: In a bowl, whisk the vanilla glaze ingredients together and drizzle evenly over the top of the entire pizza. Slice, serve & enjoy!
