Ingredients

  • 36 Golden oreo cookies
  • ½ cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • ½ cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (from the cereal)
  • 6 TBSP butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping two 8-oz tubs
  • 6.8 oz vanilla instant pudding mix two 3.4 ounce each
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk
  • Green food coloring
  • More cereal for garnish
  • Whipped cream and sour ropes for garnish

Instructions

  • Crust: In a food processor crush all the cookies and the ½ cup of cereal into crumbs. Place the crumbs into a large bowl and add the melted butter. Stir until well blended. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  • Cream cheese layer: In large bowl using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of the whipped topping. Stir in some green food coloring until you get your desired shade.
  • Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie mixture.
  • Pudding layer: In medium bowl, whisk the dry pudding mixes and milk until well combined. Add in the ½ cup of cereal marshmallows, then spread the mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  • Chill: Top with the remaining container of whipped topping. Sprinkle additional Lucky Charms marshmallows over the top. Refrigerate for 4 hours or freeze.
  • Garnish: Before serving, you can garnish with some whipped cream clouds and a rainbow sour rope. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover Lucky Charms Lush in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
This dessert can be frozen, but it's best enjoyed fresh. If you do freeze it, let it thaw in the refrigerator before serving to maintain the texture of the whipped topping.
