- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 1 cup macaroni noodles uncooked
- 30 oz beef broth
- 14.5 oz can Kidney beans drained & rinsed
- 14.5 oz can green beans drained
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese for topping
Brown the ground beef in a large saucepan over medium heat. Drain off fat.
Then add all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the parmesan cheese. Be sure to drain the kidney and green beans before adding to the mixture. Stir all the ingredients until well combined.
Bring the soup to a low boil, then reduce the heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the pasta is cooked through.
Ladle into single serving bowls and top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
