Ingredients

frozen pineapple
about 3 cups

can coconut milk
or 15 oz can cream of coconut

frozen banana

tsp
vanilla extract

honey

Coconut Pineapple sparkling water
Instructions
Add frozen pineapple, cream of coconut, the frozen banana, vanilla, honey and ice to a blender. Pour in half the bottle of sparkling water.
Blend on high for 1 minute. After 45 seconds, begin pouring in the remaining sparkling water.
Stir by hand a few times, to make sure the sparking water is all incorporated.
Transfer to 5 glasses. Top with whipped cream, a cherry, or fresh pineapple to garnish. Enjoy!
