Ingredients

  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Spinach frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Strawberries frozen or fresh
  • ½ cup Blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 Pear frozen or fresh

Instructions

  • Prep: Prepare all the fruit, clean and remove the stems from the strawberries and blueberries. Core the pear and cut it into quarters to make the blending process easier.
  • Blend: Add all the ingredients to your blender, the apple juice, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, and the pear.
  • Secure the lid and press the blend button. Blend the smoothie ingredients until the mixture looks well combined and there are no large chunks.
  • Freeze: Divide and pour the smoothie into several popsicle molds and secure the sticks so they'll be easier to grip and serve when ready. Place the popsicles in the freezer and allow adequate time for freezing. I recommend overnight, but they should be solid enough to serve in about 4 hours.
  • Gently remove the popsicles from their mold and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

If you have any leftover popsicles, store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
