Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by whisking together all of the dry ingredients in your saucepan.
  • Stir in the milk and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil and thicken, about 15 minutes. (The mixture may feel slightly thick, or even fluffy, for the first 5 or so minutes it’s being cooked, it is not done at this point. It will then turn into a smooth liquid, like hot chocolate, before it starts to truly thicken to a pudding consistency. Simply keep stirring and trust the process.)
  • Remove from the heat. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes to melt, then slowly whisk again.
  • Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts. Enjoy warm, or place in the fridge to enjoy it cold!

Notes

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
