Equipment

  • 8 9-ounce clear plastic cups or glass
  • Food coloring optional- to enhance the colors

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Lime Jello
  • 3 oz Grape Jello
  • 3 oz Strawberry Jello
  • 3 oz Lemon Jello
  • 3 oz Berry blue Jello
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 ½ cups Sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz Whipped topping
  • Sprinkles or egg candies

Instructions

  • Prep: Pour each packet of Jello into separate bowls. Heat 3 ¾ cups of water until boiling. Heat water on the stove or in the microwave, whichever you prefer.
  • Pour ¾ cup of boiling water into each bowl and stir until the Jello is completely dissolved. Pour in ¼ cup cold water into each bowl and stir.
  • Then stir in ½ cup sweetened condensed milk into each bowl.
  • Chill: Place the bowls in the refrigerator and allow to chill for 10 minutes. Check the Jello to see if it is beginning to thicken and set up, stir each bowl. If necessary, continue chilling until it begins to thicken and begins to slightly set.
  • Remove and stir in 1 cup of cool whip to each bowl.  Place Jello back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Assemble: Remove the bowls from the refrigerator, and stir each well. Spoon or pipe a layer of each color into the bottom of 8 parfait cups, continue until each color has been piped into the cups.
  • Top each cup by adding a layer of cool whip and finish with sprinkles or other Easter candies. Place the Jello parfait cups in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes
