Ingredients

  • 12 oz Stuffing mix
  • 1 ½ lbs. chicken tenderloin cubed
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. The stuffing needs to be cooked, prepare it according to the package instructions or grab the leftovers you are using.
  • Creamy chicken mixture: Chop the chicken into bite-sized cubes and then set them aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add your condensed cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mix until combined.
  • Mix in the onion powder, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Add in the paprika and Worcestershire sauce, mix slightly.
  • Now add the chicken broth and mix until everything is well incorporated. Lastly add in the chicken pieces and mix until the chicken is well coated.
  • Assemble: Pour the chicken mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and spread it evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the stuffing on top of the chicken mixture to cover it entirely.
  • Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, uncovered, until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftover chicken & stuffing casserole should be stored in an a right container in the fridge and it will last up to 4 days. Reheat until warmed through before eating.
